Jennifer became the Executive Director of Polo in 2010, driving the company’s international expansion. Her leadership has been instrumental in bridging the gap between global trends and the Nigerian market, contributing to the growth of the luxury retail sector in Nigeria.

In 2014, she co-founded Polo Avenue, a multi-brand specialty retailer that focuses on high-end fashion, leather goods, footwear, and fragrances. Polo Avenue has become a prominent destination for luxury fashion in Nigeria, offering a selection of international brands such as Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Casablanca, Gedebe, Serapian, and Aquazzura.

Polo is known for its philanthropic endeavours and initiatives that improve the social and economic development of society. As the Executive Director of Polo, Jennifer also spearheads initiatives that foster inclusivity and empowerment, such as partnering with local artists to showcase their work in galleries and promoting arts and culture within the community.

In addition to her corporate philanthropy, Jennifer is deeply invested in her pet project, Women Who Conquer. Through this initiative, she empowers women from low-income backgrounds to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential by providing support, resources, and mentorship.
